Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms of Service govern the use of this online store, including the ordering, payment, and delivery of products, as well as the rights and obligations of the Customer and the Seller.

1.2. By placing an order, the Customer confirms that they have read these Terms of Service and agree to comply with them.

1.3. The Seller reserves the right to amend or supplement these Terms of Service at any time. The updated version becomes effective on the date it is published on the website and applies to all orders placed after its publication.

2. Placing an Order

2.1. An order is considered placed once the Customer has provided all required information, selected the preferred shipping and payment methods, and confirmed the order.

2.2. After an order has been successfully placed, an order confirmation will be sent to the Customer by email.

2.3. The Seller reserves the right to contact the Customer if additional information is required to process the order.

3. Product Availability

3.1. All products are offered subject to availability.

3.2. In exceptional cases, products may become unavailable due to technical issues or inventory discrepancies. In such cases, the Seller will inform the Customer and offer either a comparable product or a full refund.

4. Prices and Payment

4.1. All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.

4.2. Shipping costs are calculated separately and displayed before the order is confirmed.

4.3. Orders are processed after payment has been received unless otherwise agreed by the parties.

5. Delivery

5.1. Orders are generally dispatched within 1–4 business days after payment confirmation.

5.2. Delivery times depend on the selected shipping carrier and the destination country.

5.3. The Customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information. The Seller is not liable for delivery delays or unsuccessful deliveries resulting from incorrect information provided by the Customer.

6. Fabric Sales

6.1. Fabrics are sold by cutting them to the length selected by the Customer.

6.2. The minimum order quantity is 1 metre. Fabrics can be ordered in 0.5-metre increments.

6.3. If the remaining length on a fabric roll is less than the minimum order quantity, the Seller may offer only the entire remaining piece for sale.

6.4. Fabric colours shown in photographs may vary slightly from the actual product due to differences in screen settings, lighting conditions, or other technical factors.

7. Customer Rights and Obligations

The Customer agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information;

  • Pay for the order on time;

  • Accept delivery of the ordered products;

  • Inspect the products before cutting, washing, or otherwise processing them.

8. Seller Rights and Obligations

The Seller agrees to:

  • Provide accurate information about the products offered for sale;

  • Deliver products that correspond to the Customer's order;

  • Process the Customer's personal data in accordance with applicable laws.

The Seller reserves the right to:

  • Temporarily suspend the operation of the online store for technical reasons;

  • Cancel an order if it cannot be fulfilled;

  • Correct technical errors relating to product descriptions or pricing.

9. Liability

9.1. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide.

9.2. The Seller is not liable for delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond the Seller's control.

9.3. The Seller is not responsible for minor differences in product colours resulting from variations in display settings across different screens or devices.

10. Final Provisions

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and the applicable legislation of the European Union.

Any disputes shall first be resolved through mutual negotiations. If no agreement can be reached, disputes shall be settled in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
